What We Do
Independent Insurance Agent
As an Independent Insurance Agent, our first responsibility is to you, our client. It's our job to understand your unique needs and provide the right coverage. We have relationships with many top insurance carriers to give you the best mix of price, coverage, and service. We believe the more options you have, the better insurance decisions you can make.
At big insurance companies you never talk to the same person twice. Our knowledgeable agents are just a quick call, email, or text away. We're here to help you with a claim or make a change to your policy.
We know there are lots of options when buying insurance. We also know that each person's insurance needs are different. We like to understand who our clients are and what they need to protect. We become a trusted advisor on how to mitigate risk. Our mission is to provide our clients with solid coverage for the worst possible loss. And when a loss happens, we are there to help them navigate recovery from that loss.
Many of our competitors compete on price and cut corners when it comes to coverage and service. You'd be surprised how many times a new client comes to us with so little insurance coverage that one major accident would bankrupt them or put them out of business. We try to find our clients the best deal possible, but we won't sacrifice coverage or service.

What Robin likes about insurance:
"I've always been fascinated by the ability of people to collectively distribute risk. Insurance first started in the shipping trade to share the risk of lost ships. The same insurance principles exist today. Accidents happen. I find it rewarding to help people recover from an accident or loss with their finances secure."

Vice President, Partner

Michael is licensed in MD, DC, VA, DE and PA. Before his career in insurance, Michael worked for CoStar Group and sold advertising and intelligence software in the commercial real estate industry. Michael is a graduate of Towson University and lives with his wife and two young children in Washington, DC. What Michael likes about insurance:
“I enjoy helping my clients understand insurance products that can be confusing. I frequently review a new client’s current insurance to find they bought a cheap policy that left them unknowingly exposed to risks or is missing necessary coverage. I find success when I can give my clients the proper coverage at a fair price.”

Before coming to CB Chambers, Jan worked in residential and commercial construction in Garden City, SC. She is licensed in DE and PA, a graduate of Horry Georgetown College in Conway, SC, and lives in Milford, Delaware with her Basset Hound.
What Jan likes about insurance:
“I love hearing our clients say how easy I made the process of purchasing insurance and that after speaking with me, they finally know how their policy works. In addition to providing the right coverage for their needs, it’s satisfying knowing I’m giving our clients superior customer service.”
